The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.

Firstly, I'm a mama to two beautiful boys. My first is a soul who’s definitely been here before—he’s the sweetest, most wise little being who teaches me something new every day. My second is brand new to the world, full of cheeky energy and an endless supply of beans.
I'm also lucky enough to be married to my best friend, the most supportive and gorgeous man. Honestly, I lucked out, I really did.
I’ve loved taking photos for as long as I can remember. Back in college, I had a digital camera that I took everywhere with me. I was always the one capturing the moments—whether it was a spontaneous night out or just hanging with friends, and of course, I was the one who’d upload all the photos to Facebook. But it wasn’t until I started traveling that my love for photography really began to take shape. As I explored new places, cultures, and landscapes, I started to see things differently—every corner of the world seemed to have its own story to tell. Then, my husband (who was my boyfriend at the time) did something that would change everything. He bought me my first DSLR camera along with a book on how to use it. At the time, I wasn’t really thinking about photography as anything more than a hobby, but he has this incredible gift of seeing people’s potential, even when they can’t see it themselves. His faith in me and his support in helping me learn the craft turned something I loved into something I felt passionate about. That camera opened up a whole new world for me, and I began to realise that photography wasn’t just about capturing moments—it was about telling stories, connecting with people, and truly seeing the world in a new way.
In 2024, we made the move from the UK to the Gold Coast, chasing a new adventure and I truly believe we’ve landed in the best place on Earth. From the ocean, rivers and creeks, to the hinterlands, there are layers of beauty at every turn. I love to celebrate the beauty of the natural elements within my work and the profound bond between woman and nature. The golden hues of sunrise to the soft glow of the moon. Moments like when the sun sets as the moon rises, these are the scenes that resonate with my soul.
I’m deeply grateful to the women and families who entrust me with the honor of telling their stories through my work, I feel incredibly privileged to be a part of their journeys.
Love, Ella x
